Interesting stats for data center site selection. Drivers here are much different that for office/manufacturing/distribution sites. Keys here are power quality @ availability as well as reasonable legislation and business environment. Job creation #s aren’t huge, but highly skilled/ specialized and Capex investments are very high. These will evolve as data center/AI operators will saturate certain markets and then need to be out ahead of the next great places.
