Mike co-founded The Acclaim Group in 1998 and has been an integral part of the company’s growth and success ever since.
With more than three decades of real estate experience under his belt, Mike is a problem solver and partner for businesses of all sizes, including privately held companies and Fortune 500 public companies alike.

To date, Mike has completed transactions in 45 states and 23 countries. Those transactions total over 18 million square feet of office, manufacturing and distribution space with an aggregate value in excess of $2.3 billion.
A lifelong New Jersey resident, Mike lives in Chatham with his wife, Deborah Maroon. He is a passionate golfer and wine collector. He is also a dedicated volunteer and strong supporter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Todd Smith co-founded The Acclaim Group in 1998 with a keen focus on national tenant representation. As a managing partner, he is responsible for the strategic direction, continued growth and financial oversight of the firm.
For more than three decades, Todd has provided tenant advocacy, brokerage and strategic planning services to national corporate clients. He is known for implementing innovative solutions that produce high value results and maximize his clients’ business potential.
Todd’s guiding principle: The client’s needs always come first. Clients appreciate his experience and expertise, combined with his unparalleled commitment to excellence and relentless attention to detail.
With his superior understanding of complex financial analysis, Todd has developed proprietary software models tailored to his clients’ specific needs, including discounted cash flows, sale/leaseback and lease vs. own.
To date, he has completed transactions totaling more than 10 million square feet in 45 states and 3 countries, with an aggregate value exceeding $1.5 billion.
A graduate of Syracuse University, Todd is a father and a lifelong New Jersey resident. He lives in Watchung and enjoys outdoor sports, martial arts and motorcycling. He also supports a range of charitable and humanitarian organizations, including Compassion International.
